Poster session
Goal
Create posters about applying Time Management techniques to concrete situations.
Material
- Large pieces of paper (flipchart or at least A3)
- Flipchart markers or other big pens
Task
Draw a poster that explains how you would use Time Management to improve one of the following situations:
- I don't find time to read papers
- I am stuck with writing my paper/thesis
- My e-mail Inbox is pouring over
- I am doing too many things at a time
- I get out of work too late
Instructions
- Explain the task
- Assign one problem to a small team (2-4 people) at random
- Set a timer to 20 minutes
- Attach the posters on a wall and give participants 10 minutes time to read each others' posters
